Very well put. I love to ask religious people why the events in Japan took place. What was the point? Usually they will say that god can control everything, but that doesn't mean he causes everything. To that I say, why do you think your god will add nourishment to your food or help you find your keys, but he won't intervene to save thousands of innocent people?
